Field ICT (FICT)

The FICT (Field ICT) project aims to standardise the technological infrastructure across all Médecins Sans Frontières field locations. To achieve this, network kits are being developed to provide reliable, secure, and efficient connectivity, allowing MSF staff to focus on what matters most: saving lives.

Our role involved creating a user-centered digital experience for the platform that supports these kits. We designed intuitive interfaces to guide users through installation, setup, and maintenance, tailored to complex environments and diverse field contexts.

The interface was built for non-technical users, with an emphasis on accessibility, streamlined navigation and clear visual status indicators. We also contributed to the definition of user flows, information architecture, and a scalable visual system.

The project was made in collaboration with The Neon Project.
