In our work for the Marketing and Sales Academy of Bosch Power Tools, we developed a brand identity that reflects the academy’s mission to foster growth and development within the company’s existing human resources.
The focus was on creating a visual language that resonated with the themes of learning and progression. The logo design is centered around the concept of a staircase, symbolising progress and advancement, paired with bar graphics that are commonly used in sales reports to convey growth and performance metrics. This combination captures the essence of continuous learning and measurable success.
To maintain brand consistency, we applied Bosch’s corporate colours and typography, ensuring that the identity seamlessly integrates with the company’s established visual language. The result is a professional, cohesive brand identity that supports the Academy’s role in empowering Bosch’s internal talent.
